Project Description

The Google App integration for Canvas allows students and faculty to create and access Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides inside of Canvas. Specifically, it allows you to: create Assignments containing Google Docs; link to Google Docs, Sheets, or Slides in a Canvas Module; embed Google Docs, Sheets, or Slides into a Canvas Page or Assignment using the Rich Content Editor; and use the Canvas Collaboration feature to create Google Docs or Sheets for students.
Access
The Google Apps LTI is already installed in all Canvas courses. To use the LTI, link to existing Google Docs, Sheets, or Slides from within the Canvas Rich Content Editor, or use the Canvas Collaboration feature to create new Google Docs or Sheets and assign students to collaborate with them.
