Join us for a session featuring presentations and informal conversations with the current Digital Teaching & Learning Fellows about their projects, offering insights and inspiration for your own teaching practices. Interact with several projects firsthand and celebrate the culmination of the 2023-2024 Digital Teaching and Learning Fellowship with light snacks provided.

This is a hybrid event, join us on ground in the Wilson Media Lab (VT) or Digital Learning Commons (CA), or online!

Philipp Bleek (Nonproliferation & Terrorism Studies) – design nuclear war game simulation exercise for NPTG 8574: Introduction to WMD Nonproliferation
Daniel Chatham (International Education Management) – create custom built AI persona generator for students to use for role play and exploration of topics related to managing people and resources in cross cultural settings
Carolyn Dash (Biology) – create virtual field trip of the New Haven and Middlebury Rivers
Jason Mittell (Film & Media Culture) – design digital components for a new course, FMMC 0206 Faking Reality: Mockumentaries, Hoaxes & Pseudo-docs
Gina Thomas (Psychology) – redesign the “Deep Dive Project” in Introduction to Psychology to focus on science writing for the public and publishing via StoryMaps
